Supervise order processing and ensure accuracy using Oracle system.
Monitor customer demand and support demand generation activities.
Handle and escalate customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
Ensure proper coordination with Port Said team and other departments.
Oversee payment follow-up and ensure alignment with dispatch plans.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for smooth operations.
Ensure continuous communication with customers (pre, during, post-delivery).
Ensure customers are updated with new offers, pricing, and allocations.
