Assist the facility manager in compiling operating procedures (Sops), maintenance checklists and safety operation manuals for water supply and drainage systems such as pipelines and fire protection water systems.
Develop detailed handover inspection checklists and acceptance criteria specifically
Team Technical Training: Provide technical orientation and on-site tool usage training for junior technicians and local staff to ensure unified work standards.
Cooperate with the procurement engineer to complete the procurement of relevant maintenance services for the water supply and drainage system or equipment.
Lead the team to conduct on-site physical inspection of the water supply and drainage system, and ensure the design and quality standards.
Document defects (Punch list), issue rectification notices to contractors, and conduct rigorous re-inspections to ensure closed-loop resolution.
Collect and audit "As-built" drawings, operation manuals, and testing reports to ensure the completeness of the digital asset library.
Supervise the implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to Ensure that the operation rate of core electromechanical infrastructure meets the standards.
Manage on-site specialized vendors , auditing their work quality, safety compliance, and response time.
Monitor energy consumption patterns and adjust equipment operating parameters to achieve energy-saving targets.
Provide high-level technical support for complex faults, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and submit technical analysis reports.
Act as the first responder for MEP emergencies and ensure all works follow EHS protocols.
Complete other temporary tasks and emergency assignments as designated by the Facility Manager.
