Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Drive the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our company's objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to performance management and organizational development.
Employee Relations Expertise: Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administrative Excellence: Supervise general administration functions, including purchasing and office management, to ensure efficient daily operations.
Payroll & Benefits: Ensure accurate and timely payroll management and administration of employee benefits.
Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures effectively across the organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide strategic support.
Skills & Technologies:
Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) best practices.
Strong background in Management, leading and developing teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge of Purchasing and Administration processes.
Exceptional skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution.
Experience with Performance Management and Organizational Development.
Adept at Policy Implementation and Payroll Management.
Ability to contribute to Strategic Planning initiatives.
