● Process Management: Handle multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines efficiently.
● Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and social insurance regulations.
● Coordination with Workers: Follow up and coordinate with workers (routes, headcount, issue resolution).
● Employee Relations: Maintain a positive work environment and handle employee concerns.
● Training & Development: Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
● Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluations and feedback collection.
● HR Administration: Manage employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, payroll).
● Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies are applied and updated as needed.
