Hardware Management: Procure, configure, and maintain all company hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
Software & SaaS Administration: Oversee the installation, updates, and licensing of all operating systems and software applications, including managing access to business platforms like CRMs and project management tools.
Network Infrastructure: Maintain and secure the office local area network (LAN), including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
Email & Workspace Management: Administer corporate email accounts, configure routing and forwarding rules, and manage the broader workspace environment (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
Domain & Web Management: Manage company domain names, update DNS records, oversee SSL certificates, and ensure reliable web and email hosting connectivity.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Provision hardware and software accounts for new hires and securely revoke access and recover assets for departing employees.
Technical Support: Serve as the primary helpdesk contact for all staff, resolving day-to-day IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and liaise with external vendors, ISPs, and service providers for support or purchasing.
