We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Beheira. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Document incidents, solutions, and support activities.
Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
