Job Description

• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta and TikTok.
• Support campaign planning across awareness, traffic, conversion, retargeting, and launch campaigns.
• Assist in building campaign structures, ad sets, audience tests, and creative testing plans.
• Track key performance metrics including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and spend efficiency.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with clear observations and recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with the creative team to brief, test, and refresh ad creatives based on performance data.
• Monitor competitor advertising activity and identify learnings for our company campaigns.
• Support landing page, website, and e-commerce campaign alignment in collaboration with the E-Commerce & DTC sales team.
• Maintain disciplined budget tracking and ensure campaign execution follows approved budgets.
• Support additional paid channels such as Google, YouTube, Snapchat, and others as business needs evolve.
