Key Responsibilities
Act as the professional, English/European-language interface for all incoming European OEM/White Label inquiries.
Shepherd international projects smoothly through the internal lifecycle: from the buyer's initial technical brief to R&D adjustments, financial quoting, quality documentation verification, and final shipping logistics.
Conduct direct B2B outreach and build strategic pipelines with procurement managers at European lighting brands, distributors, and retail chains.
Maintain the master OEM Product Capability Matrix and technical datasheets, ensuring they are perpetually updated.
