Kitchen's Design Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a highly presentable and ambitious Senior Sales Designer to join our kitchens and dressing rooms showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their needs, creating design solutions, presenting products professionally, and converting opportunities into successful sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, design, and business development and also is looking to grow into a leadership position within the company.   Key Responsibilities Meet and consult with showroom clients to understand their requirements and lifestyle needs. Design kitchens and dressing rooms according to client requirements and project specifications with a UNIQUE taste. Present materials, finishes, accessories, and appliances professionally. Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into sales. Manage showroom inquiries, WhatsApp leads, and client follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth. Deliver a premium customer experience from the first meeting through project handover. Support daily showroom operations and maintain high presentation standards. Contribute creative ideas and initiatives to increase sales, client engagement, and showroom traffic.
