Maintenance Shift Engineer (Mechanical)

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of factory machinery and production equipment in the food manufacturing plant. Ensure all mechanical systems comply with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company policies specific to Savola Foods operations. Diagnose mechanical faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimize downtime in production lines. Collaborate with production, quality, and HSE teams to optimize equipment performance, improve efficiency, and support production targets. Lead and support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of processing and packaging equipment to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
