Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Build and implement marketing plans that support vehicle imports, automotive trading activities, partnerships, and new service launches.
Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive positioning strategies.
Define marketing KPIs and establish measurement frameworks across all marketing channels.
Maintain and strengthen the Motolinkers brand identity and market presence.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage social media, content marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, events, and partnership initiatives.
Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance tracking.
Ensure marketing initiatives consistently generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on data and insights.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative vendors including designers, videographers, photographers, media buyers, and content creators.
Develop creative briefs and review marketing assets to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of spending across channels and projects.
Track marketing ROI and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, audience growth, and campaign performance.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, customer service, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
Support vehicle launches, promotional campaigns, strategic partnerships, and industry events.
