Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to manage vendor data collection, ensure timely updates, and maintain accurate tracking across all operational workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, persistent, and capable of following up rigorously with vendors to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Data Managemen
Collect, validate, and update data from vendors on a regular basi
Ensure completeness and accuracy of all vendor information (pricing, SKUs, availability, etc.)
Maintain structured and organized databases
Tracking & Follow-up
Closely track vendor submissions, updates, and pending data
Follow up consistently with vendors to ensure deadlines are met
Identify delays or gaps and escalate when necessary
Operations Coordination
Work closely with internal teams (procurement, sales, tech) to align on data requirements
Ensure all operational updates are reflected in systems in real tim
Support onboarding of new vendors and ensure smooth data integration
Reporting & Analysis
Generate periodic reports on vendor performance and data completeness
Highlight inefficiencies, delays, and opportunities for process improvement
Monitor KPIs related to vendor responsiveness and data accuracy
