Plant Manager – Alkyd Resin Factory

The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading the overall operations of the Alkyd Resin factory, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production of high-quality resin products. The role includes managing production plans, reactor operations, process performance, quality consistency, cost control, maintenance coordination, and delivery commitments. The Plant Manager will work closely with Production, QC, QA, R&D, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations, reliable product quality, reduced losses, and on-time delivery to customers. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, troubleshooting, and new product scale-up from development to industrial production.
