Production Engineer

Job Description Monitor daily production activities to ensure achievement of production targets. Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor machine performance, downtime, and production KPIs. Develop and update production procedures, work instructions, and process documentation. Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare production reports and analyze production data for management review. Support new product introductions and process optimization projects.
