Production Manager - Sheet Metal

Lead, manage, and mentor the production team, ensuring smooth and safe daily operations. Plan, schedule, and control production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly output targets. Ensure optimal utilization of machinery such as roll forming, bending machines, punching machines, and welding stations. Oversee production quality to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements. Coordinate and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Coordinate closely with maintenance, supply chain, quality control, and engineering teams. Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs such as productivity, downtime, scrap rate, and delivery performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all production activities.
