Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial landscape projects from project initiation through final handover.
Develop detailed project execution plans, manpower schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to approved project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and achieve cost-saving targets while maintaining project quality and profitability.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, delays, and cost deviations.
Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports and look-ahead plans in coordination with the Senior Project Engineer.
Coordinate closely with the Technical Office and Design teams to ensure alignment between construction activities, approved drawings, and technical requirements.
Ensure site teams comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Manage and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with contractual requirements.
Manage client and consultant relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical and commercial concerns.
Monitor project variations, claims, and change orders and coordinate with the Commercial Team to ensure proper documentation and cost recovery.
Ensure proper project documentation, including site records, correspondence, approvals, and handover documents.
Oversee snagging activities, project closeout, final handover, and client acceptance processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of project management best practices within the organization.
