Project Manager

Act as a key focal point for assigned projects. Determine the initial scope of the project and the initial project plan and create a project charter document that explains the project objectives and roadmap. Manage project initiation meetings with stakeholders and all parties responsible for the project. Organize the collection of project requirements and follow up on the creation of the requirements document. And sign it. Create detailed project plans that include all activities related to all stakeholders and parties involved in the project. Establish appropriate communication channels between stakeholders in the project to ensure proper communication during the project schedule. Implement follow-up and monitoring activities of the project progress approach to ensure that the assigned project is progressing as planned. Track project performance, to be able to determine the amount of achievement for short- and long-term goals.
