Coordinate between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA, and operations teams. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks. Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Support scaling Agile practices and continuous delivery initiatives. Ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes.
