• Identifying reliable international suppliers, evaluating their performance, building long-term strategic partnerships, and maintaining updated supplier records.
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery times, and finalizing agreements to ensure the best value for money.
• Ensuring all documents comply with customs and government regulations.
• Issuing purchase orders based on technical and financial needs and monitoring their execution.
• Analyzing the market by conducting studies on global price trends and forecasting the company's future needs.
• Preparing reports: Submitting periodic reports on supplier performance, procurement costs, and shipment status.
Required Skills and Experience:
• At least 5 years of practical experience in international procurement and supply chain management.
• Fluency in English for effective communication.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
