Recruitment Officer

Reports to: General Manager | Location: Obour, Egypt About CESRO CESRO is one of Egypt's leading garment manufacturers, specializing in bottom-wear. As we scale our team, we're looking for a Recruiter to own the hiring process end-to-end — finding the right people fast, without cutting corners on fit. Role Overview You'll handle sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring across all departments — from warehouse staff and sales reps to office roles. You'll work directly with the GM and department heads to understand what each role needs and move quickly to fill it. Key Responsibilities Own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer Source candidates across platforms — LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna, referrals, and direct outreach Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/in-person interviews Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Maintain an organized pipeline and keep hiring managers updated on status Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for recurring roles Write and post job descriptions in both Arabic and English Support onboarding logistics for new hires (paperwork, first-day coordination)
