Overview: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals within the IT/Software Development and Marketing/PR/Advertising sectors. You will be instrumental in building diverse and high-performing teams, playing a crucial role in our strategic expansion.
Responsibilities:
Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract best-in-class candidates for IT/Software Development and Marketing/PR/Advertising roles.
Source & Engage: Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
Screen & Assess: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage & Nurture: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Collaborate & Advise: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and offer strategic advice on talent acquisition.
Optimize & Innovate: Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in Recruitment methodologies, a solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles, and excellent command of Microsoft Office. Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strong Candidate Sourcing techniques, and expertise in IT Recruitment and Marketing Recruitment are essential.
