About Velo Dispatch
Velo Dispatch is a CRM/ERP platform built for garage door service companies across the United States. We help American business owners run their dispatch, technicians, customers, inventory, and billing in one place. We're growing fast and looking for our next sales closer.
The Role
You'll be calling US-based garage door companies, pitching Velo Dispatch, booking demos, running them live on Zoom, and closing deals. Our offer to clients is simple: $300 setup fee + 3 months free. Your job is to get the owner comfortable enough to say yes.
Important: most companies you call aren't actively shopping for a new CRM. You have to be sharp enough to show them what they're missing — confidently, on camera, in clear English.
This is a real closing role, not just appointment setting. We need a hunter.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Salary: $300 USD/month (paid regardless of performance)
Performance Earnings (uncapped):
$25 per qualified demo booked and attended
$100 per closed $300 setup fee
$150 bonus when that customer converts to a paying subscriber after the 3-month trial
5% recurring commission on monthly subscription for the first 6 months
Realistic Monthly Earnings:
Average performance (5 demos, 1 close): $425-$525
Good performance (12 demos, 3 closes, 1 conversion): $1,000-$1,200
Top performance (20+ demos, 6 closes, 3 conversions): $1,800-$2,500+
No cap on earnings. If you're looking for a comfortable base salary, this isn't the role. If you're looking to outearn your current job by 2-3x because you actually close — apply.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to US-based garage door companies
Pitch Velo Dispatch to owners and operations managers
Book qualified Zoom demos
Run live product demos on camera
Handle objections — especially "we already use ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro"
Close the $300 setup sign-up
Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM
Hit weekly meeting and monthly closing targets
Working Hours: US Eastern Time (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo time)
