Joe & The Juice is expanding in Egypt, and we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who doesn't just manage a store, but leads a community. The Role: What You’ll Do As our Restaurant Manager, you are the "Captain of the Ship." You will oversee daily operations, ensuring every guest receives that signature Joe & The Juice experience—great music, fresh vibes, and world-class products. Lead the Tribe: Train, lead and inspire a team of Juicers and Baristas. You’ll foster an environment where personality shines and teamwork is non-negotiable. Master the Brew: Take full ownership of our coffee and juice standards. We are looking for someone who understands the science behind a perfect extraction and the art of high-volume service. Drive the Business: Manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs. You’ll be responsible for hitting sales targets while maintaining premium quality. Guest Obsession: Ensure every "Joe" who walks through our doors leaves happier than when they entered.
