Responsible for managing the sales team in one of Hijab Boutique stores (Sheikh Zayed)
Manage store operations, optimist sales and profits, control relevant store costs and support and implement Merchandise, Marketing & other in-store initiatives.
Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Ensure excellent customer service through the implementation of the brand/company guidelines to enhance the shopping/brand experience.
Formulate and implement store strategies and procedures.
Coach and mentor the sales supervisors and sales staff through all their daily tasks.
Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
Ensure effective inventory and warehouse management.
Review and analyze stocks and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.
