Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located Alexandria. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for :    Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop new business, and negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets   Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, prepare reports on accounts and transactions, and ensure client satisfaction  Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver solutions and resolve client issues   Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
