Sales Admin specialist

Supporting the sales team by managing communications channels ( WhatsApp groups, orientations) Review, update and maintain leads accurately on the CRM system. Distribute incoming leads fairly among the sales team through the system. Monitor and track sales team attendance (check in- check out) Prepare and analyze social media reports ( leads generated, engagement campaign performance) Generate daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.  Ensure all client data and interactions are properly recorded and updated.  Follow up with the sales team to ensure timely updates on leads.
