Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and support long-term business growth. • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads within the assigned customer portfolio. • Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and technical discussions to understand customer needs. • Recommend suitable lubrication products and industrial solutions that improve equipment reliability and operational performance. • Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and support commercial negotiations. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development objectives. • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and customer activity updates. • Work closely with technical and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure successful solution implementation.
