We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to grow our B2B equipment sales across Egypt and lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing, while working closely with the sales team, and the technical and service team.
• Drive new business: target cafés, hotels, chains, offices, QSRs, and retailers
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM
• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, and F&B operators
• Set monthly/quarterly revenue and volume targets for the sales team
• Monitor KPIs for team
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support
• Organize product demos for La Cimbali, Scotsman, Zumex, Vitamix at client sites
