Coordinate with the in-store team to confirm stock availability and ensure smooth order processing. Finalize sales and support delivery or pickup coordination for customers. Manage public comments and online interactions to strengthen brand image and attract new customers. Handle customer complaints professionally to protect and enhance brand reputation.
