Oversee daily school operations, facilities, and maintenance
Supervise administrative staff including HR, admissions, reception, and support staff
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supplier contracts
Coordinate transportation, security, cleaning, and catering services
Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and workflows
Support the Director in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance for all non-academic operations
Oversee health, safety, and emergency procedures across the campus
Coordinate logistics for school events, exams, and external visits
