Search Engine Optimization Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, optimizing website content, and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. * Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links. * Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities. * Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. * Prepare regular SEO reports and track keyword rankings. * Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development team to fix them. * Improve website structure, loading speed, and user experience from an SEO perspective. * Build and manage backlink strategies. * Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices. * Work remotely and provide regular progress updates and reports. *Requirements:* * 3–10 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools. * Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. * Experience with keyword research and content optimization. * Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure is a plus. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Good command of English. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in education, nursery, real estate, legal, or service-based industries is a plus. * Knowledge of WordPress SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math. * Experience in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. *What We Offer:* * Remote work opportunity. * Professional and supportive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Long-term career opportunity.
