Manage the company’s accounting records and reporting. This role is responsible for accurate posting of transactions, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
● Record and review all accounting entries in the general ledger (sales, purchases, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, prepaids)
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
● Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
● Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
● Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
● Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and aging follow-up
● Ensure compliance with GAAP, local tax laws, and company procedures
● Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and provide required schedules
