What You'll Do:
Maintain standard costs for all active ATG SKUs – updating quarterly or when material cost changes occur, with Lead approval before ERP activation
Calculate landed cost for every import transaction within 48 hours of goods receipt – duty, freight, insurance, clearance, storage
Prepare monthly cost variance analysis (purchase price, usage, overhead absorption) with root cause identification
Reconcile COGS to the GL monthly – investigate and resolve all differences
Manage inventory valuation for assigned product categories (FIFO, weighted average, or standard cost) – identify slow-moving and obsolete items quarterly and prepare provision recommendations
Review all Cost Accountant output before it reaches the Cost & Managerial Accounting Lead – returning work with specific correction guidance
Provide product cost data to the Senior Managerial Accountant for BU P&L and contribution margin analysis
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager on import cost inputs – duty rates, freight quotes, clearance fees, storage costs
