The company continuously analyzes its products to ensure consistency and excellence before delivery.   Job Profile: As an International Sales Executive (Export Sales) at ACMA for Chemical and Mining, you will play a crucial role in shaping the sales direction and success of our company. You will work closely with the Export Sales Manager to drive the growth and development of our plans.   Job Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Seek out new sales opportunities actively through cold calling, networking, and social media. - Set up meetings/call conferences with potential customers and support their needs and concerns. - Prepare appropriate presentations on our products and services. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. - Reply to customers' inquiries and support the customers' needs. - Be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with current customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. - Create a strong database of current and new customers. - Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience. - Evaluate all customer issues if they exist, and provide optimal solutions to resolve them. - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. - Coordinate with the Manager to figure out an efficient business plan.
