The HR & Resource Planning Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of employees across projects, maintaining accurate manpower records, ensuring timely social insurance registration and updates, coordinating salary and compensation changes with the Finance Department, and supporting efficient workforce utilization across the company. The role works closely with department managers, project managers, and finance teams to ensure that staffing requirements are met while maintaining compliance with labor and social insurance regulations.
Specific Tasks:
Monitor and manage staff allocation across projects and departments.
Maintain and update manpower deployment records and resource utilization reports.
Coordinate employee onboarding, transfers, and project assignments.
Ensure timely registration, amendment, and termination of social insurance records.
Coordinate salary revisions, promotions, allowances, and employment status changes with the Finance Department.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Support workforce planning and resource forecasting activities.
Prepare manpower and utilization reports for management.
Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and company HR policies.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and optimize resource utilization.
