Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to independently handle all HR functions within our food manufacturing company. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources. • Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial companies is a must. • Strong knowledge of all HR functions including recruitment, payroll, personnel, attendance, employee relations, and performance management. • Excellent knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures. • Experience in dealing with governmental authorities and HR documentation. • Ability to build and organize HR processes and policies. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
