What You'll Do:
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns — from brief to production to publication — coordinating with agencies, printers, and digital teams under the Head of Marketing's direction
Develop marketing collateral — product brochures, presentation decks, hospital leave-behinds, digital assets, and promotional materials for assigned product lines
Coordinate with Product Management — translate product positioning and clinical value propositions into compelling marketing messages and materials
Manage agency and vendor relationships — brief creative agencies, oversee production timelines, review outputs for quality and brand consistency, and ensure delivery within budget
Track campaign performance — monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation, ROI), compile performance data, and present post-campaign analysis to the Head of Marketing
Support sales enablement — develop sales tools, presentation templates, and competitive collateral that help the sales team communicate value to hospital customers
Ensure regulatory compliance — submit all marketing materials with clinical content to the RA Manager for clearance before distribution; apply brand guidelines consistently
Coordinate events and conferences — support planning and execution of industry events, hospital symposia, and product launches as assigned
