Senior Planning Engineer

Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer (Civil) Location: Project-Based (Relocation Required) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer (Civil) with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely project delivery, and supporting project management teams with planning and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.  Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and resource-loaded schedules.  Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.  Analyze critical paths and recommend corrective actions when necessary.  Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations.  Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.  Track productivity, earned value, and project performance indicators.  Support claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) submissions.  Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual requirements, and company procedures.
