Senior Process Engineer

Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve production processes across glass manufacturing lines Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to reduce waste and increase output quality Troubleshoot technical issues on the production floor and provide fast, effective resolutions Develop and update SOPs, process parameters, and production standards Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth operations Track and report on key production KPIs and performance metrics Lead and contribute to Continuous Improvement and cost-reduction projects
