Senior Procurement Specialist

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for non-core and local purchases.  Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.  Issue purchase orders and ensure proper follow-up until delivery completion.  Ensure timely delivery of requested materials to internal departments and project sites.  Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or discrepancies.  Maintain accurate procurement records and support inventory control for frequently used items.  Collaborate with warehouse, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth procurement and payment processes.  Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.  Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and internal control procedures.  Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and traceability of purchases.
