Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and closing deals. Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and approach potential partners to introduce Recruitera’s ATS solutions. Conduct product demos and communicate the value of our platform in improving recruitment workflows. Manage renewals, upselling, and client retention efforts to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align client feedback with product improvements. Support the business in meeting sales, growth, and client success goals. Ensure all client requests and communications are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
