Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for Architectural.
Perform quantity take-offs and validate project quantities from drawings and specifications.
Develop detailed pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and tender summaries.
Analyze project scope, identify risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals in line with client requirements.
