Road9 Media is hiring a Senior WordPress Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend skills.
The role is UI-heavy: the developer must build responsive interfaces from scratch, handle advanced JavaScript animations/effects, and develop custom WordPress functionality when needed.
Responsibilities
Build responsive WordPress websites from scratch based on approved UI/UX designs.
Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into clean, accurate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress themes.
Develop advanced UI animations, transitions, interactions, and scroll-based effects.
Build custom WordPress themes without relying on ready-made themes or theme customization.
Develop custom WordPress plugins and backend functionality when needed.
Customize WooCommerce and WordPress admin workflows.
Integrate WordPress websites with CRMs, payment gateways, APIs, and third-party platforms.
Migrate websites from staging to live servers safely.
Handle basic hosting, DNS, SSL, backup, and server-related WordPress issues.
Support long-term maintenance clients with website updates, bug fixing, server checks, and performance issues.
Handle performance optimization, responsive testing, browser compatibility, and bug fixing.
Maintain clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, project delivery, and backend developers to deliver websites to client-ready standards.
