Manage all project documentation including MIRs, IRs, RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules
Prepare and follow up on client invoices, subcontractor invoices, and project quantities
Monitor and update the project schedule and ensure achievement of project milestones
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
Identify project risks, delays, and obstacles and propose corrective actions
Monitor project quality requirements and ensure compliance with approved standards
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Track materials, manage procurement follow-up, and ensure timely availability of site requirements
