Applications without a recording will not be reviewed.   We are hiring one Talent Acquisition Specialist to run Alba Talent's entire recruitment pipeline. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates for a US company that builds sales teams for IT and SaaS businesses. You work directly with the two founders. No layers, no bureaucracy.   This is not a traditional HR role. You will be evaluated on three things: your ability to find strong candidates on Wuzzuf and LinkedIn, how you use AI tools in your daily work, and how fast you can move a candidate from sourced to placed.   Compensation: $960 to $1,280 USD per month, paid via Wise. Performance bonuses of $100 to $200 per successful placement.   What You Will Do Source candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, Wuzzuf, job boards, and professional networks Screen CVs and applications against Alba's Ideal Candidate Profile Conduct 4 to 6 video screening interviews per day (30 minutes each) Manage the full candidate pipeline in our CRM (Attio) Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and the founders Write, post, and optimize job advertisements across multiple platforms Use AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach Track candidate progression from sourced to placed Provide weekly pipeline reports and hiring metrics   What We Provide Full training on Alba's recruitment process, ICP, and tools LinkedIn Recruiter access CRM and ATS tools (Attio) Direct access to the founders for decision-making Clear KPIs so you always know what success looks like   Hours and Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
