Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding
Source candidates through multiple channels such as Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit against job requirements
Coordinate and schedule technical and panel interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Write and post clear and accurate job descriptions across relevant platforms
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for HR management
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding activities and represent the company at career events when needed
Assist in other HR projects and tasks as assigned
