Job Description الوصف الوظيفي
Provide expert technical support and consultancy to clients, ensuring timely resolution of software-related issues. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems related to accounting software and IT systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges. Conduct client training sessions and workshops to enhance user proficiency with software solutions. Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. Assist in software implementation, configuration, and integration based on client requirements. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Participate in product testing and quality assurance to identify and address potential issues. Stay updated on the latest software updates, features, and industry trends to provide informed support. Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and user guides.
