Technical office engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Technical Office Engineer with experience in industrial refrigeration systems to support engineering, design, costing, and project execution activities. The ideal candidate will act as a technical link between sales, design, procurement, and site teams, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient project planning, and compliance with technical standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for industrial refrigeration systems (NH₃, CO₂, Freon, etc.) Review project specifications, BOQs, and client requirements Perform heat load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing Prepare technical submittals. Support tendering and cost estimation, including material take-offs Coordinate with procurement for technical clarification of equipment and materials Provide technical support to site engineers during installation and commissioning Ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, IIAR, EN, etc.) Maintain organized project documentation and revision control Participate in value engineering and technical problem-solving
