OYA Energy is expanding into Digital Engineering & Industrial Technology Solutions, supporting regional projects in digital transformation, industrial automation, infrastructure, utilities, and technical engineering services across Egypt and the Gulf region.   We are seeking a highly proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and scale our software and engineering teams.   Job Overview The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a strong recruitment pipeline for software developers, technical engineers, QA specialists, industrial digitalization professionals, and related technical roles. This role requires someone capable of building a high-quality talent pool from scratch, conducting sourcing activities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting organizational growth.   Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and software-related positions. Source candidates, Screen and shortlist candidates for technical positions. Coordinate technical interviews with department heads. Build recruitment databases and maintain candidate pools. Support employer branding for Oya Energy Digital Engineering. Assist in designing hiring processes and onboarding procedures.
