Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to real estate services. Provide accurate information about property and pricing. Offer AK for Real Estate’s sale/rental listing services. Document all customer interactions and update client records in the CRM system. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided. Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding real estate offerings and company policies. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication and problem-solving skills. Adhere to company protocols, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements at all times. 2 days off
